"My kid was with Cuemath for a..."
My kid was with Cuemath for a few months, but we didn’t see much benefit from it. The classes always felt a bit rushed, and whenever my child had doubts, they weren’t really explained properly. What bothered me more was the lack of proper human contact, it felt like there wasn’t anyone really checking in or understanding where my child was struggling. In the end, there was hardly any improvement in confidence or marks, so it was disappointing.

Cuemath feels worth it for us. Not the cheapest, sure, but classes happen regularly and my kid actually sits through them and learns, so the price feels fair.
I also like that we haven’t needed extra tuition on top. Teacher support and practice material are solid for what we pay. Happy so far.

"Really helpful for my son"
We’ve had a good experience so far. The teacher is very patient and explains maths in a way my son can actually follow. I think it depends on what your child needs, but for us, it’s been a great fit. My son seems more confident now and doesn’t get as frustrated with maths as he used to.

"Helpful support, just took a little time"
I had to reach out to cuemath support because my kid’s class timing needed to be changed. The person I spoke with was polite and did sort it out, so that was a relief. I mean, it wasn’t anything super complicated, but the reply took a bit longer than I expected. Still, once they got back to me, they were helpful and the issue was fixed. Overall, a good experience, just a little slow on the response.

"Seeing slow but real progress"
My kid is improving little by little, which is really nice to see. Compared to how frustrated he used to get with math, it feels like things are starting to click for him now. It’s not a huge overnight change, but math definitely seems easier for him than before.

The communication with parents was bad. Like, we never really got any updates, so it was frustrating not knowing what was going on.

"Really easy to get around"
Cuemath’s website has been easy for us to use. I mean, I thought I’d have to click around a lot to find things, but actually the classes, worksheets, and updates are all straightforward to get to. My kid doesn’t get confused on it either, which is a big plus. A few pages can take a bit to load sometimes, but overall it’s simple and works well for us...

"I expected a better balance in the curriculum"
The lessons were okay overall, but for my standards, the curriculum could use more balance. Some parts felt a little too repetitive, while other topics moved ahead too quickly without enough practice. My kid ended up getting bored at times and confused at others, so I think a smoother pace would make a big difference

"Good classes, but the billing part was a hassle"
The lessons themselves were actually good and my kid really liked the teacher, but when it came time to cancel it just wasn’t as smooth as I expected, because I had to reach out more than once about the billing issue and keep checking in, and while they did eventually get everything sorted out, it took longer than I would’ve liked.

"Good personal attention, but a few things felt off"
My kid’s lessons seem to be matched well to his level, which has definitely helped him stay engaged. That said, sometimes the pace feels a little off, and we’ve had a couple teacher changes that were kind of confusing, that part was weird. Overall, it’s been okay and he’s getting something out of it, but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing.

"My kid completely tuned it out"
My kid just didn’t engage with it at all. They lost interest quickly and kind of checked out the whole time — which, to be fair, kids can be picky, but this just didn’t hold their attention.
